Happy New Year?

We spent Christmas in Tucson this year catching up with some great family friends. I’ve really liked the desert ever since I was little, and Tucson was pretty much as I remembered it. It’s still, vast, and inspiring in a quiet way. We hiked around in Catalina State Park which pretty much was a real-life version of some Red Dead Redemption landscapes (I know, this is horrible backwards thinking). What I mean is, it’s very majestic and calming.

Alrighty, it’s the new year and that means it’s time to turn over a new leaf, right? Change is in the air! Here are my resolutions:

  • Try to be more selfish.
  • Stop following my heart.
  • Judge lots of books by their covers.
